Bomb disposal suit is a new , state of the art up-armoured bomb disposal suit specially designed for India. The suit provides the highest level of protection of any bomb suit currently manufactured, whilst at the same time offering maximum comfort and flexibility to the operator the EOD bomb disposal suit can be ordered in size.

The ballistic and materials used in the various components of the EDO bomb disposal suit are tested and evaluated to the fully quality assurance standard laid down by the appropriate government organizations.

The suit consists of the following separate items which collectively make the completed garment.

• Jacket with attached collar
• Spinal protector
• Neck protector plate
• Chest protector plate
• Carrying bag

• Groin protector plate
• Separate cooling suit
• Hard wired communication system.
• Helmet with visior, air cooling fan & aluminum carrying case.

All the ballistic insert used in the EDO bomb disposal suit are made of water proof treated Kevlar HT which are enclosed in a special water – resistant and anti-ultraviolet membrane. The outer cover is made of flame-retardant NOMEXIII. In hot and humid countries the EDO bomb disposals suit can supplied in conjunction with the cooling suit.

Jacket & Trousers
• Ballistic Inserts: Multilayer, water-repellant Kevlar 129HT stitched for an enhance protection level.
• Outer Cover : fire –retardant cotton (nomexIII)
• Color: navy blue or military green
• Proprietary: Armoured composite plates with closed cell, in ear foam.
