Thermal cutter has quick heating arrangement edges of the thermal cutter tools are thin and sharp to cut the plastic material of thickness minimum 5mm or it is able to attain at least a minimum tip temperature of 500º C. The equipment have a heating element in the shape of equilateral triangle of side. It is operational with both AC & DC current. It is provided with a light weight stand which can be positioned in 360 spheres. The equipment is compatible for operation with MROVs and hence has fitments/attachments in the stand/reserve for this purpose. The equipments are supplied neatly packed in trolley/roller based rugged metallic/plastic suitcase type carrying case with rubberized foam to avoid vibrations. This equipment can be remotely operated.
